Since our founding in 1948, we have sincerely pursued "valuable flavors" through the art of making tsukudani (traditional Japanese preserved food). In recent years, our product development has expanded beyond tsukudani to include mixed rice seasonings, snacks, and long-shelf-life emergency foods.
