Confit is a traditional French dish where fish or meat is slowly cooked in oil with salt, herbs, black pepper, and other spices.
Our confit is carefully prepared using Shodoshima’s special salt, “Goen,” and is simmered in olive oil with a unique blend of herbs and spices.
