We cultivate approximately 650 olive trees on our own farm, nurtured by the sun and wind of Shodoshima. From cultivation to oil extraction, we handle every step ourselves, carefully preserving the natural aroma and flavor of the olives. Each land, each year, and each fruit produce a unique character of fragrance and taste, which we carefully assess to create olive oil at its most delicious state.
