Seto no Sweets WAVE is a handmade sweets shop located on this small island, using only carefully selected ingredients from Kagawa Prefecture, including our signature “Shodoshima Fresh Lemons,” naturally grown without pesticides under the warm sun and sea breeze.
Our signature item, the “Shodoshima Roll,” brings out the full flavor of nature’s blessings, offering a gentle, wholesome taste for both body and heart.
These lemons are lovingly cultivated by our entire family. My husband is in charge of mowing the grass in the lemon grove—thanks to the support of my family, every ingredient is nurtured with care.
We are committed to creating products you can enjoy with peace of mind, putting sincerity into every step from ingredient selection to final preparation.
