Over time, high-quality ingredients from all over Japan are brought to Shodoshima and carefully processed into various types of tsukudani.
“Mikyo-ka Diced Kelp” is a premium kelp tsukudani, slowly simmered with Shodoshima soy sauce and kelp from Hokkaido, resulting in a rich and savory flavor.
