Since our founding in 1955, we have been dedicated exclusively to olives, maintaining an integrated system from cultivation to production and sales.
To deliver high-quality olive oil from Shodoshima, we carefully handpick olives grown on our farm to avoid damage and extract the oil without chemical processing using Japan’s largest oil extraction machine.
Additionally, to preserve the beauty of Shodoshima for future generations, we practice "sustainable organic cultivation," growing olives using only compost and water.
