How to Cook So-men
1. Bring plenty of water to a boil in kind of a big pot.
2. When water comes to a boil put in So-men (thin Japanese noodles) and stir. If water starts to
bubble over add a cup of cold water.
3. When the water is boiling and the noodles are kind of clear, put in a strainer. Put the noodles in
bowl of cold water, rinse in running water to get rid of sliminess. Drain again.
4. Put water (and ice) in serving bowl and arrange with something foods as you like. Also serve
dipping sauce in a separate bowl.
